Return Policy

WHAT can be returned?
We will offer a refund or replacement if the item that you have purchased is faulty, or unfit for purpose. If you have purchased a large quantity of yarn to complete a project and have unused balls at the end, providing they are complete with ball band etc, we will refund you on return of the unused yarn.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Please contact us as soon as possible for a returns number and return your item to us within 14 days. Please let us know what you are returning and why.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Please post item to Bedford Yarn Boutique, 4 Salisbury Street, Bedford, MK41 7RE.

HOW do customers return items?
Please contact us in the first instance and we will give you a returns number which must be sent with your return.

SHIPPING for returns?
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item to us, however if you choose a replacement then this will be sent to you free of charge.

CREDIT for returns?
If you do not choose a replacement item, you will be refunded as your initial payment method, or you may choose a store credit to use at a future date.

Packing materials?
Please ensure that the item is in it's original packaging, and is packaged suitably for post.
